Purpose: A new district of m² is being built in Tbilisi, Nadzaladevi district, on Chkondideli Street.
• Total area - 31 011 sq. m.
• Yard area - 5,400 sq. m.
The houses will be energy efficient, adapted and equipped with fire systems.
The exterior and interior walls of the houses are built of YTONG energy-efficient, heated blocks. A wall made of this material maintains room temperature longer and provides sound insulation.
Metal-plastic, double-glazed doors and windows installed in homes are also energy efficient.
