Purpose: m³ Saburtalo New residential district is being built on 11.5 hectares of land between Gelovani Avenue and Bakradze Street.
The duration of construction is 5 years. The American company ZGF (Zimmer Gunsul Frasca Partnership) participated in the design of m³ Saburtalo, which was named the best architectural company in the USA in 2016.
The area, along with the residential area, includes educational, sports, recreational and entertainment infrastructure.
The complex will include a plaza, around which restaurants, cafes, salons, shops, an indoor swimming pool and a fitness center will be located.
