Today Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze visited the
construction site of BK Construction in Varketili.
The first pilot project of the Tbilisi City Hall "Program
for the replacement of damaged houses" is being implemented at the
specified facility.
BK Construction has won a tender for the replacement
of dilapitated houses, announced by the Tbilisi City Hall.
The building of the fourth category of structural
damage, located in the
Samgori district, is the first participant in the program, the dismantling of
which began in October this year, construction work will continue for the next
2 years.
As part of the project, 36 families will be
satisfied with completely renovated apartments.
The new structure will have ten stories and be
modified with fire suppression equipment. A modern elevator and fire safety
systems will both be organized as part of the project's infrastructure, which
will adhere to all standards.
