Today, Tbilisi's Mayor, Kakha
Kaladze, paid a visit to the Varketili construction site where BK Construction
is carrying out the "Damaged Houses Replacement Program" on behalf of
Tbilisi City Hall.
BK Construction successfully
secured the contract for this project, which involves replacing a deteriorating
3-storey building located at N18 Kaloubani Street with a new 10-storey
residential building. The construction is expected to span the next 30 months,
covering an area of 7,880 square meters, and the total cost of the project is
estimated at 7,336,116 Georgian Lari.
As part of this initiative,
29 families will receive fully refurbished apartments, providing them with
improved housing conditions.
